Dr. Richard D’Anna received his Medical Doctorate degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico in 1975. He was the chief resident of urology at the University of California Davis Medical Center and was certified in lithotripsy and extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy at the Northern California Kidney Stone Center. Dr. D’Anna is cDr. Richard D’Annaertified by the American Board of Urology and is an active member of the American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Arkansas Medical Society, Arkansas Urologic Society and Pulaski County Medical Society. He is past chairman of the AMMC Surgical Peer Review, past president of NARPA-IPA and a member of the PRISM-PHO board of directors. Dr. D’Anna joined Arkansas Urology in 2004 and has been conducting clinical trials as a PI since 2006. Dr. D’Anna has been associated with Applied Research Center of Arkansas since 2016 and became an ARC of Arkansas Urology Principle Investigator the same year.
